Mel and Paula and the team at Bongiorno's are tops. Like the other reviewers, I have only the best to say about the quality and pricing of their work. It's such a relief to have complete trust in your mechanic. They're true professionals, and lovely people.

I landed at Mel's workshop by chance in early 2012 after a 60km/h altercation with a kerb swerving around some equipment (large metal post) that fell off the back of a truck in front of me (truck did not stop). Even though I had never been a customer before, Mel waited back till well after 6pm for my car to be towed to his workshop after a Google search for a nearby workshop. My day was already getting better. Just from speaking with Mel and his son Adam the next day or two, I got the feeling I was getting value for money and very honest advice. As a result I also had the rear suspension of my Commodore VY SS ute upgraded, my front suspension repaired and upgraded (had planned the upgrades prior to hitting the kerb), and my battery replaced for peace of mind. To top it all off, when I got my final bill it was fully and clearly itemised and about 60% of what I was expecting to pay. A decision was made. Bongiorno's were now "My Mechanic" for all future servicing and repairs. Since that day they continue to provide excellent service. An excellent, friendly and professional team. Highly recommended.

I recommend Bongiorno's Dyno Tune Centre. They are in Ossie Park, the mechanics are good and relatively cheap.

Go to Repco, tell 'em what car you have and say I need a new fuel, air and oil filter, spark plugs and some oil, give 'em $80 bucks and put everything back where it came from. If you're unsure about something, Repco will give you all the advice you need.

I met this amazing family today (in the industry for decades) when I took my car in to have a potentially massive issue addressed. I was communicated with throughout, treated with respect and supported with a courtesy vehicle so I didn't miss a beat. When I picked up my car, I also was offered some great advice to consider for upcoming maintenance of my car. I'm so grateful and very happy I've found my new mechanics. Highly recommended!

I have been using Adam and Mel for my mechanical requirements for around 12 years. After having a bad experience with another mechanic, I stumbled across them and left my car there to diagnose a problem that was leaving other workshops stumped. They solved the issue and it didn't cost me an arm and a leg. They have always been professional and courteous to me and are always happy to have a chat. They even have loan cars - which is a great help when I drop my car off there for a service. Five star service from them 100% of the time.

Mel takes the time to make sure you understand what went wrong and how he went about fixing it. He runs an honest business that I will be returning to.
